  Desirables are the largest nut that we offer in-shell but are the hardest to crack & shell by hand due to hull thickness.  Great for topping of desserts.

    

 

   

  Schleys (Papershell) produce a medium sized half.  These nuts are the easiest to crack & shell by hand and contain the most oil giving them the best flavor.  

 

 

                                                          

Farleys are the smallest of the nuts that we offer.  Their shell is comparable to the Schley and taste very similar.  Its half is great for cooking pies & cakes.
